Refund and Returns Policy
You may return products purchased at www.luxurytrends.co within 30 days of delivery of the purchase. All products must be returned intact, unworn, with all original labels and packaging. We do not take back items that have been used and are not damaged.
Please email us at email@example.com to arrange the return of your order. Our customer service department will tell you how to proceed. Once the return has been received in our warehouse, we will proceed to pay you the amount of the returned order.
In the event that the customer wishes to make an exchange or a return, *the cost of the return will be borne by the customer.
Damages and problems
Please inspect your order on receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and correct it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items are non-returnable, such as perishable products (such as food, flowers or plants), customised products (such as special orders or personalised items) and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Lost / Stolen Items
LuxuryTrends.co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier using the information provided to you on the Tracking Page provided.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund was approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
